Values & Aspirations
My personal values include honesty, compassion, and kindness, which guide how I interact with others and approach challenges. Professionally, I value leadership, responsibility, and accountability—qualities I believe are essential in high-stakes environments. My long-term goal is to become a police officer with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), specializing in law enforcement. By combining my personal and professional values, I aim to contribute meaningfully to public safety and serve my community with integrity.
Future Learning Plan
To continue learning and growing, I plan to complete my Bachelor of Public Safety – Pathway to Police Foundations (Honours) at Algonquin College. I also intend to take online courses and certifications to expand my knowledge, including IMS 250 to strengthen my understanding of incident management systems. In addition, I see networking as a key part of my growth. This has already proven valuable in courses like Career Preparation, where I built a strong connection with my professor. Through his guidance, I gained important skills in resume writing, cover letter development, and building a professional portfolio.
